Please note:

Exhibits can only be staged on the day of the show and must be completed by 10am. The marquee opens at 6am, the village hall at 8am. Entries close at 10.00am sharp but could we please urge you not to leave it until just before 10.00 (particularly if you need help) as it is bedlam at 9.45am!
